Lift rental
Trailer, boom, scissor, articulating and tracked lifts — from 5 to 40 metres.
We rent out aerial lifts for building sites, maintenance, events and private homes from four depots in Innlandet, Norway. 92% of our lifts run on electricity or batteries. Training on the machine is included, and everyone here speaks English.
Which lift do you need?
| Paint, wash or fix gutters on a house or cabin | Trailer lift, 10–21 m |
| Facades, steel and roofs on large buildings | Boom lift, 22–40 m |
| Up and over machines, roofs or extensions | Articulating lift, up to 20 m |
| Indoors in halls, warehouses and shops | Scissor lift 7.5–12 m or mast lift 5–10 m |
| Building sites with gravel and uneven ground | Rough-terrain scissor lift, 12 and 15 m |
| Slopes, lawns and soft ground | Tracked lift, 12, 14 and 18 m |
Height is not the only number
Lifts are rated by working height: the platform floor plus about 2 metres, where your hands reach. Just as important is outreach: how far out from the centre of the lift you can work. A lift never reaches full height and full outreach at the same time. If the lift has to stand a few metres from the wall because of a terrace, a garden or a slope, you often need a bigger lift than the height of the building suggests.
Use our reach calculator to check a trailer lift, or call us and describe the building.
Electric and quiet
Most of our fleet is electric or battery powered: no exhaust indoors, low noise near homes and offices, and a good fit where there are emission rules on site. Our 40 m boom lift, the Roshow RST40E, is fully electric.
Collect or delivery
Trailer lifts can be towed by a car with the right towing capacity. Larger lifts are delivered with our own trucks to anywhere in Norway. You get a full introduction to the machine when you collect it or when we deliver it.
Questions and answers
Do I need a certificate to use a lift?
You get the training you need when you collect the lift or we deliver it. Many employers require a documented lift course for work use. We run lift courses ourselves.
Can I tow a trailer lift with my car?
Our trailer lifts weigh from 950 kg to 2,590 kg. Check the towing capacity in your car’s registration papers and the weight your driving licence allows. If it does not fit, we deliver the lift.
Do you have electric lifts for indoor use?
Yes. Our indoor scissor lifts are electric, and 92% of all our lifts are electric or battery powered.
Do you speak English?
Yes. Everyone at Lillehammer Liftutleie speaks English, and training on the machine can be given in English.
