Mini excavator rental
Mini diggers from 1 tonne and excavators up to 27 tonnes.
From a 1 tonne mini digger that fits through a garden gate to a 27 tonne excavator for groundworks. All machines come with buckets, and we have the attachments you need.
Mini excavators
- 1 tonne — Kobelco SK10SR-2E (1,140 kg) or the fully electric Bobcat E10e (1,201 kg). Narrow enough for gardens and tight access.
- 1.9 tonnes — Kubota KX019-4 (1,855 kg). A good all-rounder for drains, foundations and landscaping.
- 2.7 tonnes — Kubota U27-4 (2,665 kg), also available with rototilt.

For larger jobs we rent Kobelco excavators of 6, 9, 14 and 27 tonnes, including a 9 tonne machine with steel tracks. 3D GPS machine control is available for the larger excavators.
Attachments
Digging buckets, grading buckets and narrow buckets for every size, plus hydraulic breakers, stone grabs and timber grabs. Tell us the job and we will put the right set together.
Transport
The smallest machines can be moved on a machine trailer behind a car, if your car and licence allow the total weight. We also rent machine trailers, or we deliver the excavator to the site.
Questions and answers
Which mini excavator do I need for a garden?
For gardens and tight access, a 1 tonne mini digger is usually right. For drains, foundations and more digging, choose 1.9 or 2.7 tonnes.
Do you have an electric mini excavator?
Yes, the Bobcat E10e is a fully electric 1 tonne mini excavator — no exhaust and low noise.
Is fuel included?
You pay for the fuel, oil and grease you actually use. Return the machine clean and refuelled and there are no extra charges.
